Sessions are for 50 minutes and the charge is £40.

For the therapy relationship to work it is vitally important that you find the right person for you. In our first session together we can establish if I am the right counsellor for you, if I can help you going forward and if you are happy in the counselling setting and feel comfortable.
I am available to see you at my practices in either Portsmouth (PO4 8DP) or Havant (PO9 1PF).
Counselling was the tool I needed to get my life back on track. I did not feel judged through the process - which was a hurdle that kept me back from going ahead with talking therapy for a long time. I was able to meet Sarah before starting the work which settled my anxiety. I was made to feel welcomed and supported whilst being appropriately challenged throughout the process and allowed to work on issues I’ve always struggled to accept and understand.
